Howard, Stallings, From & Hutson, P.A. provides a wide range of employment and labor law services to both individual and institutional clients. We are involved in drafting employment agreements such as covenants-not-to-compete and trade secret agreements, and we routinely counsel management about minimizing its liability exposure for employee-related claims.
