Douglas D. Noreen

Douglas focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, and civil litigation. Douglas was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2010. He is a member of the American Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association. While in Law School at The George Washington University, he was a member of the Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic and authored the article “Fighting Wal-Mart: The Future of Combined Reporting in North Carolina” which was published in State Tax Notes, a publication of Tax Analysts.

Douglas was a member of the Track and Field and Cross Country teams at Davidson College where he was the Southern Conference Track Athlete of the Year and received the Thomas D. Sparrow award for intercollegiate athletic and campus leadership.
