Brian Moore maintains a diverse litigation and transactional practice which focuses on assisting his clients in an efficient and professional manner. Brian has extensive experience in the areas of landlord-tenant law, having served as local counsel for several large commercial shopping center developers since his admission to the bar. He also serves as an instructor for an annual continuing legal education seminar on commercial leasing issues. Along with John Hutson, Brian has also represented numerous individuals involved in estate and guardianship disputes throughout the state of North Carolina.
Brian is a 1999 magna cum laude graduate of the Campbell University School of Law. A native of Farmville, North Carolina, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at Campbell he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
