Richard Leissner is a life-long North Carolinian and an Associate with the firm’s New Bern office. Richard is a member of the North Carolina Bar and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Since receiving his J.D., Richard has been community oriented, is a past president and current member of the Tryon Civitans, a board member with the Coastal Coalition for Substance Abuse Prevention, and an active participant in the New Bern Area Chamber of Commerce. His current practice areas include general corporate and business law, mental health regulation, and general civil/real estate litigation.
