Kaitlyn Parker focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation. She has experience in personal injury, securities industry disputes, and insurance disputes, applying her compassionate approach, relentless work ethic, and strong-minded determination to each and every case she handles. Kaitlyn is a dedicated advocate on behalf of those who have been harmed, injured, or otherwise disenfranchised due to the negligence of others.
Prior to joining the team as an attorney, Kaitlyn worked as an associate at a large law firm in the midwest where she represented firms and individuals in litigation, in FINRA arbitrations, and in federal and state regulatory investigations. Kaitlyn has also represented clients in large scale civil litigation cases as a law clerk at a plaintiff’s firm. She also worked with the Saint Louis University School of Law Legal Clinic and was an intern with the Missouri State Public Defender.
Prior to law school, Kaitlyn was a member of an alternative teaching licensure program and taught at a Washington, D.C. charter school.
Kaitlyn graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2017. She graduated with both a civil and a criminal litigation concentration. During law school, Kaitlyn was a member of the ALA Moot Courts Competition Team and was a recipient of the Judge Robert G. Dowd, Sr. Appellate Advocacy Award. She was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society. She was also the proud recipient of the Missouri Lawyers Weekly Women’s Justice Awards, Leaders of Tomorrow Award for her dedication to public service.
