Howard Stallings seeks a full-time (in the office 40 hours per week) Law Firm Administrator to oversee all aspects of law firm administration from the Raleigh office. The position involves legal billing, accounting and/or banking experience. Applicants must have the ability to work with multiple client-based billing programs including task-based billing. Experience with TABS3 software modules is preferred. Experience with HR, payables, payroll management, trust accounting and banking is a plus. Applicants must be self-motivated and exhibit strong attention to detail.

Howard Stallings is a growing law firm with 22 attorneys and offices in Raleigh, New Bern, and Morehead City. This position will be in the Raleigh office. The firm consistently delivers legal representation in business transactions, commercial and civil litigation, estate planning and litigation, personal injury, and eminent domain. Education: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in legal administration or accounting preferred. Associates degree and comparable experience will be considered.
