Well-established 16 person AV rated Raleigh law firm seeks an attorney licensed in NC with expertise in estate planning and related tax law with a minimum of three years’ experience. The position would be for an associate or equity position depending on the applicant.
The firm has an established estate planning attorney with a robust clientele and this position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person. You help us serve our clients and grow, and we help you to succeed. The candidate’s having some client base would be a plus, but not absolutely necessary. We have a results-oriented culture with the highest expectations for client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings
- Draft legal documents
- Advise clients on transactions
- Prepare estate plans, including various types of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other documents
Compensation package would be based on experience and related factors and include competitive benefits. We have offices in Raleigh, New Bern and Morehead City.
