Brooke E. Webber is an associate working in Litigation where she focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation, representing clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, and property disputes. Her relentless work ethic combined with a compassionate approach are the foundation for Brooke’s strong-minded determination to advocate and fight for the interests of those who have been harmed or disenfranchised due to the negligence of others.

Brooke is a Pittsburgh, PA native who spent most of her childhood traveling the country playing ice hockey. Brooke was eventually recruited to continue competitive hockey in college, so she moved to Baltimore, MD where she earned her B.S. in Legal Studies. While completing her undergraduate degree, Brooke volunteered at the Baltimore Law Clinic, interned with the Maryland General Assembly, and mentored local teenagers.

After graduating from undergrad, Brooke moved to Raleigh, NC to attend Campbell University School of Law. Brooke graduated from Campbell cum laude and was a member of the Negotiations Team, Moot Court, and Law Review.

Prior to joining Howard Stallings as an attorney, Brooke worked as an associate at a Raleigh law firm practicing throughout the state to represent businesses and individuals in criminal, real estate, and general litigation matters. Outside of work, you can find Brooke hosting bonfires, trying out a local food spot, or being walked by her German Shepherd.
