Claudia is an associate who focuses her practice in civil litigation. She went to law school with one goal: to help people when they are most vulnerable—her central focus through her studies as an Emergency Room intern. Life led Claudia to law school, and today she uses skills from Law and Medicine to assist clients suffering catastrophic injuries, the wrongful death of a loved one, families of children injured during birth, and survivors of sexual abuse.
Claudia is a native from Cuba who attended Florida International University, where she earned her degree in Philosophy and European Intellectual History.
In her free time, Claudia likes to read, especially philosophy, though her favorite book of all time is “The Little Prince.” She also enjoys traveling with her partner, Patrick, and being walked by their pups Albert (a Great Pyrenees), Maximillien (a German Shepherd), and Leonidas (an incorrigible Husky).
