Hayden focuses his practice on business law, providing clients with practical and strategic guidance across a wide range of matters. His work includes forming and structuring business entities, drafting and negotiating contracts, facilitating ownership transitions, and advising clients on day-to-day operational and compliance issues.
A native of Eufaula, Alabama, Hayden earned his undergraduate degree in History from Birmingham-Southern College before moving to Raleigh in 2018 to attend Campbell University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with his wife, Breanne, and their dog, Ginny, and he especially loves being outdoors. His favorite pastimes include turkey hunting, camping, hiking, and playing golf. He is also an avid fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide and makes sure those around him are well aware of it.
