Marianna focuses her practice primarily in the area of land condemnation litigation. As an associate within the Eminent Domain practice group, Marianna represents Fortune 100 companies, Fortune 500 companies, large financial institutions, local businesses, and individuals throughout the roadway design and acquisition process. Marianna has a wide variety of experience representing clients at every stage of litigation from pre-litigation settlement negotiations through trial as a first-chair trial lawyer. In addition to her litigation experience, Marianna has guided clients through numerous land sale transactions with local and statewide taking authorities so that her clients can avoid the litigation process.

While in law school, Marianna was a Dean’s Excellence Scholar, Capital Scholar, Legal Research and Writing Scholar, and a recipient of the Minnie Deans Lamm Law Scholarship. Marianna was a law clerk for Howard Stallings from May 2019 through May 2020. She returned to the firm as an Associate after she graduated from Campbell University School of Law in May 2020 and passed the bar in July 2020.

When she isn’t practicing law, Marianna enjoys cheering on the Tar Heels (her beloved undergraduate alma mater), hosting supper club, playing golf with her fiancé, and taking her dog, Dolly the Dachshund, on walks around Downtown Raleigh.
