The Howard Stallings Law Firm has an immediate opening in our Raleigh office for a Paralegal to assist an attorney and a chapter 7 trustee with bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. The position is a full-time position and requires work on-site in the firm’s Raleigh office.

The position involves working for an established bankruptcy attorney who serves as a chapter 7 panel trustee. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person to develop expertise in the bankruptcy field. Applicants should have skills in Word and Excel, general computer skills and basic accounting skills. Paralegal degree and or experience in bankruptcy preferred. Integrity, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic are essential.
