“I retained Jim to represent my company, Axeon Specialty Products, when we were sued for $388,512.20 in the Eastern District of North Carolina which were alleged to be preferential payments. Jim did a great job. He was very responsive and kept me fully informed about the case. I have worked with many attorneys over the years and Jim is at the top of the list. The case settled for $15,000, which was much better than we ever imagined”.
